Mass Delete from Custom Lists

Using custom lists for say like monthly Disabled user accounts at a hospital upon termination, there needs to be a way to mass delete the list prior to the next monthly. Having to do this manually sucks especially when you have playbooks that check to see if its on the list and automatically closes the event and alert.
